Thomas Fan, Esq.
Thomas Fan obtained a B.A. in Philosophy from the Fu-Jen Catholic University, Taiwan. Later, he studied Theology at l'Universite Catholique d'Angers, France and History of Social Economic at l'Ecole des Hautes Etudes en Sciences Sociales in Paris. In 1986, he was a Visiting Scholar at the Hoover Institution of Stanford University. Mr. Fan received his J.D. from the School of Law the University of Akron School of Law and has over 20 years of experience practicing in the District of Columbia.

David Wallace is a graduate of the George Washington University Law School and Elliot School of International Affairs, and is a member of the Virginia Bar. He has worked on international business issues at the American Embassy in Beijing and advised Chinese businesses expanding in the United States. His practice focuses on international business relations and regulatory law.

Aetna Thompson is a graduate of the Columbus School of Law at Catholic University. Her practice focuses on Immigration and Domestic Relations. She is a member of the Maryland bar Association, and the American Immigration Lawyers Association, and she is admitted to the Court of Appeals of Maryland, the U.S. District Court, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
